The charcuterie board consists of finocchiona, Milano salame, prosciutto, mortadella and a lightly spiced chorizo all topped with balsamic pickled onions, lombardie pickles with green and black olives

Chateaubriand
Large fillet steak perfect for sharing roasted until medium – rare and accompanied by lyonaisse potatoes, onion rings, tomato and garlic mushroom with a selection of sauces such as brandy and stilton, peppercorn and bernaise.
